Park hours vary widely throughout the year. Disney publishes the official park times on their website, but generally only 2-3 months in advance.
As Disney anticipates crowds, they will make adjustments to the opening and closing times, even after published. So be sure to check their site a few days before your trip, so you're not surprised when you arrive.
Hours vary from 9 - 6 during low attendance periods to 8 - midnight during peak times. AM Extra Magic on Fridays, PM Extra Magic on Wednesday.
Disney Resort Hotel guests enjoy extra time in the parks with Disney's Extra Magic Hours. The designated park will open 1 hour early or stay open up to 3 hours later, for these guests only. This is one of the best perks of staying at a Disney hotel.
Guests with tickets that do not have park hopping privileges will have to visit the theme park offering Extra Magic Hours on that day to take advantage. Guests using park-hopping tickets can visit any Disney theme park prior to attending the evening Extra Magic Hours.
Epcot's hours are fairly steady: 9 - 7 for Future World and 11 - 9 for the World Showcase. During peak times, Future World will stay open until 9. AM Extra Magic on Mondays, PM Extra Magic on Thursdays.

The Animal Kingdom's hours are fairly steady, 9 - 6 most days. It's been known to close as early as 5 or open at 8, depending upon attendance. AM Extra Magic on Saturdays, PM Extra Magic on Tuesdays.
